We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to manage customer queries. We are seeking a highly energetic and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative! This entry-level position is part-time and remote. The Customer Service Representative will act as a connection, providing product/service information and resolving developing problems that our clients might face with precision and competence. You will also be asked to process orders and modifications, and escalate queries across a number of communication channels.

Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Requirements:
- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
- Comfortable using computers.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.

Salary: 2,650.00€ per month
